CURRENT LEAD TIME ON MADE-TO-ORDER

Currently most orders are out the door between 2-6 weeks but if there is a deadline or event we have some wiggle room, email us at oneforblue.co@gmail.com for any requests on current orders.

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery to your doorstep. Due to the nature of made-to-order clothing, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been cut, sewn, washed and packaged. We are always

International Shipping:

at this time I am choosing not to broadly offer international shipping due to terrifs. However I am always available via email for special requests and happy to ship anywhere in the world if the customer is okay with shipping cost. thank you for your understanding, this will not be forever!

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer Exchange:

Due to the nature of made to order we offer exchanges on all pieces if the sizing isn’t right for you but do not offer refunds at this time. We love when our customers are comfortable but since each piece is made just for you we ask that the exchange be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
